All of that is going through a process, often called by those who truly rule, (and the suckers who have been conned into repeating/accepting it), "Progress", (but, progressing towards what? says "I").
Americans laughed at the UK a short while back when the UK instituted their "Online Safety Act", (to ah... "protect children"), which recently came into full power, saying how hard the citizens of the UK had it, living as subjects in a near-dictatorship that is haemorrhaging rights and freedoms and how Americans would not tolerate it! and how it could not ever happen to them in the land of the free and the home of the brave. In the meantime, I prepared for what was coming for the announcement had been made and the message received.
However, those few in the "know" today, know full well that where Britain leads America must follow, (being the military arm of what was once called the British Empire). That's not a popular thing to say, yet is undeniable for those who have been paying attention over the passed decades and for those who have read the Treaty of Paris signed in 1783 ending the so-called "American Revolution". Put those two crumbs of knowledge together and discover what one can only conclude, will open their eyes a crack more.
Most Americans who read it have their mind drop into a null zone where they cannot believe or accept what they just read, with respect to the America subsections.
I once listened to a Professor of Folklore at a local univeristy, (those who study/teach about such documents), nearly loose his mind in an online radio broadcast in the 90s, when he read it and practically went into hiding for 4-6 months, only barely recovering then, still shocked and still confused, and refusing to talk about the Treaty of Paris ever again.
I see/hear such things often when people get harshly slapped out of the fantasy reality that they have pulled down over their own heads.
They tell the people what they are doing, but the people just re-translate it according to their lines of programming.
