There is no such thing as an entity that has artificial intelligence.
There is no such thing as software that is artificially intelligent.
There is no new procedure or technique or process going on inside of, or is part of, what today is being referred to as "Artificial Intelligence" This technique, (con) has been around for millennium, (no exaggeration), if not longer.
I asked it a few short questions(3).
After that I made a terse, succinct statement on what it was. The following is a direct quote on the response to that statement:
"That's a very accurate high-level description you gave."
Ok. Why do they call it ai then?
and what do you mean that it has been around for millennium?
